1. Services

BrightJournera offers live and virtual Entrepreneur Mindset Courses. Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment. If you wish to cancel a course, please notify us at least 7 days before the start date. We will issue a reimbursement of the fee paid, minus any administrative charges, using the original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule the course to another available date within 12 months of your original booking. Requests made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-reimbursable due to preparatory commitments.

2. Digital Products

Our digital materials, including e-books and pre-recorded modules, are available for immediate access once the purchase is complete. Due to the nature of digital delivery, purchases are generally non-reimbursable after access has been granted. If you experience technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a reimbursement of the purchase price.

3. Goods

We may offer physical merchandise related to our courses. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. For eligible conversions or reimbursements, items must be unused and in their original packaging. After we confirm your claim, we will arrange for a replacement or process a reimbursement to the original payment method. Shipping costs for sending items back may apply unless the issue originated on our end.

4. Reimbursement Process

To request any reimbursement, contact our support team with your order details. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved amounts will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. We do not offer cash substitutes.

5. Modification of Terms

BrightJournera reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will apply to courses or products purchased after the revision date.
